Refund policy

At Miami Iconic Massage, we strive to provide a professional and high-quality mobile massage experience. Because our services involve scheduled appointments and therapist travel, the following refund policy applies.

Deposits

A deposit may be required to confirm your appointment. This deposit secures the therapist’s time and travel.

Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled less than 3 hours before the scheduled service time.

If the client requests a rescheduling at least 3 hours before the appointment, the deposit may be applied to a new available time.

Service Refunds

Once a therapy session has started, no refunds will be issued, as the service has already been delivered.

If a session cannot be completed due to unforeseen circumstances caused by the therapist, Miami Iconic Massage will work with the client to reschedule the service or offer an appropriate solution.

Session Termination

If a session is terminated due to inappropriate behavior or failure to maintain a professional environment, no refund will be issued and the full service charge will apply.

Miami Iconic Massage reserves the right to refuse future service in such cases.
